PRECITEX
CHEESE WINDER has been specially designed for winding up
flat or fibrillated tapes on cylindrical cores. They meet the requirements
for high precision and Flawless quality.
The special
features of the winders are :

Friction
free drive of winder head and Traverse mechanism by three phase
induction motor with constant speed via inductive Torque Transmission.

Balancing crossarm for obtaining a constant tape tension, regulates
the winding speed and adjusts it progressively to the extrusion
speed.

High precision traverse mechanism.

One snap loading and unloading mechanism.
